MindForge announces two new partnerships in Texas

MindForge, the holistic communication and training hub designed to unite construction organizations, today announces partnerships with the Houston Area Safety Council (HASC) and Jordan Foster Construction.

MindForge’s platform improves operational efficiency by facilitating a highly communicative jobsite network, ensuring that lifesaving information arrives in the hands of those who need it most. The browser-based technology platform also communicates with desktop, web and mobile devices to equip workers with customized training modules that are designed to be interactive, efficient and lifesaving.

“We’re excited to announce our partnership with both Jordan Foster Construction and the Houston Area Safety Council,” says Stokes McIntyre. “We’re looking forward to working with these organizations to not only change the way people think about safety, but to make the way people deliver safety initiatives more efficient and effective.”

Despite improvements in overall safety culture, construction jobsites still prove to be dangerous, complex, and unpredictable spaces in which workers have to figure out how to get the job done safely. MindForge’s Construction LifeSaver (CLS) training provides the workforce with a framework and practical knowledge to help observe and mitigate hazards on the job. Through videos and simulations, these courses equip workers with tools to avoid serious risks on the jobsite and conditions that might lead to failure or injury.

The Houston Area Safety Council plans to begin incorporating MindForge training into its course offerings later this month.
Jordan Foster Construction began utilizing the MindForge platform last month, with a focus on training and communicating with their safety leadership teams across the country.

“We’re looking forward to deploying MindForge’s platform across our team,” says Tricia Kagerer, Executive VP of Risk Management at Jordan Foster Construction. “We work with a fluid, transitory workforce in an environment that can pose many different risks, so ensuring that everyone on our sites is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to do their job safely and successfully is crucial. We believe MindForge will have a significant impact on our organizational communication, training protocol and most importantly, the safety of our people.”

MindForge has recently adapted its offerings in light of COVID-19 to provide innovative features such as contactless orientations and virtual disease prevention training to empower craft workers with the information they need to stay safe on the jobsite.
